On-Site Registration
The conference registration for the IEEE WCNC 2019 will be located on the ground floor, near the main entrance to the Mogador Palais des Congrès.
All attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.
Hours of operations for the Registration Desk will be:
- Monday, 15 April - 8:00-19:00 CET
- Tuesday, 16 April - 8:00-18:00 CET
- Wednesday, 17 April - 8:00-18:00 CET
- Thursday, 18 April - 8:00-15:00 CET

Limited Registration: Access to all IEEE WCNC 2019 technical sessions (Tuesday – Thursday), exhibits, posters, demos-mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks (Tuesday-Thursday), lunch (Tuesday-Thursday), Welcome Reception (Monday), and access to the proceedings.
One Day Registration: Access to all IEEE WCNC 2019 technical sessions, exhibits, posters, demos, on the day selected, mid-morning/mid-afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch on the day selected and access to the proceedings.
Workshops/Tutorials Only Registration: Access to the session(s) selected. Tutorial notes and workshop proceedings will be provided via electronic download on the WCNC web site when available.
Cancellation Date: 1 April 2019
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 1 April 2019. There will be an administrative fee of EUR 87.00 deducted from each refund. After 1 April 2019, no refunds will be given for registration cancellations.
